Q: How much does AVAS BID charger?
AVAS BID charges a flat $300 non-refundable service fee per vehicle. This fee covers sourcing assistance, bid representation, and coordination support.
Q: What does the $300 fee include?
The fee includes auction sourcing assistance, bidding on your behalf, and post-win guidance. It does not include the vehicle price, auction fees, shipping, storage, or taxes.
Q: How do I pay for a vehicle?
Vehicle payments are made directly to the auction or seller, following their payment rules and deadlines. AVAS BID does not accept vehicle purchase funds
Q: Does the $300 fee guarantee I’ll win a vehicle?
No. The service fee covers professional assistance but does not guarantee a successful bid or vehicle purchase.
🔹 SECURITY DEPOSITS
Q: What is a security deposit?
Some auctions require a refundable security deposit before bidding. This deposit is held by the auction, not AVAS BID.
Q: Can I get my deposit back?
Deposits are refundable only according to the auction’s policies. Deposits may be forfeited if you fail to complete a purchase after winning a bid.

Q: Are vehicles inspected by AVAS BID?
No. AVAS BID does not inspect vehicles or verify condition. All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS based on information provided by the auction.
Q: Can you guarantee vehicle condition or title type?
No. AVAS BID does not guarantee vehicle condition, title type, or registrability. Title processing is governed by the auction and state DMV rules.
Q: Can AVAS BID provide temporary tags?
AVAS BID does not issue temporary tags, as we are not a licensed motor vehicle dealership.
However, we guide clients on how to obtain temporary registration or transit permits legally through their local DMV, a licensed dealer, or an approved title/transport service after a successful auction purchase.

Q: Do you offer shipping services?
No. Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup or shipping directly with third-party transporters.
Q: What happens if I don't pick up my vehicle on time?
Auctions may charge storage or abandonment fees. AVAS BID is not responsible for these fees.
🔹 INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Q: Do you work with international buyers?
Yes. International buyers are responsible for understanding import laws, customs duties, and shipping regulations in their country.
