Independent Buyer Disclosure
AVAS BID is an independent vehicle acquisition and auction buying service operated by AFRICALI LLC. We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealer and do not sell vehicles directly. Our role is to assist clients with locating vehicles, reviewing available information, placing bids on their behalf, and coordinating next steps with third-party sellers and auction platforms.
All vehicles are purchased directly by the client from third-party sellers or auction providers.
Buyer Service Fee
Clients are charged a flat buyer service fee for vehicle sourcing, bidding assistance, and buyer representation services.
Buyer fees are earned once bidding activity has occurred and are non-refundable.
AVAS BID does not collect vehicle purchase funds unless explicitly agreed in writing.
No Warranty / No Guarantee
All vehicles are purchased “as-is, where-is” from third-party sellers. AVAS BID does not guarantee vehicle condition, availability, auction outcomes, or final purchase price.
Vehicle condition reports, photos, and descriptions are provided by third parties and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for:
Final vehicle payment
Taxes, title, registration, and insurance
Transportation or pickup
Compliance with state and federal laws
AVAS BID does not provide legal, mechanical, or tax advice.
No Dealer Relationship
AVAS BID does not take ownership of vehicles and does not act as a reseller. Our services are limited to independent sourcing and buyer representation.
Limitation of Liability
AVAS BID and AFRICALI LLC shall not be held liable for mechanical defects, delays, auction losses, transportation issues, or third-party actions beyond our control.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or submitting a vehicle request, clients acknowledge and accept these policies and disclosures.
