AVAS BID Payment Policy

Effective Date: 02/06/2026

This Payment Policy governs payments made to AVAS BID, operated by AFRICALI LLC.


1. Service Fee

AVAS BID charges a flat $300 service fee per vehicle request.

All payments must be in USD.

This fee covers:

  • Auction sourcing
  • Listing review
  • Buyer representation
  • Bidding assistance
  • Documentation coordination

The service fee does NOT include:

  • Auction fees
  • Storage fees
  • Shipping costs
  • Taxes
  • Title fees
  • Repair costs

2. When Payment Is Due

The $300 service fee must be paid before:

  • Vehicle sourcing begins
  • Bids are placed
  • Auction representation services are performed

3. Refund Policy

The $300 service fee is non-refundable once:

  • Vehicle sourcing has begun
  • A bid has been placed
  • Auction assistance services have been performed

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of AVAS BID if no service work has been initiated.


4. Auction Payments

Vehicle payments are made directly to the auction platform unless otherwise stated in writing.

AVAS BID does not control auction payment deadlines, penalties, or storage fees.

Auction fees are separate from AVAS BID fees.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after services have been rendered constitutes a breach of agreement.

Chargebacks will be disputed with signed service agreement.

AVAS BID reserves the right to:

  • Submit documentation of services rendered
  • Suspend future service
  • Recover fees, including administrative costs

6. International Payments

International buyers are responsible for:

  • Wire transfer fees
  • Currency conversion fees
  • Banking intermediary fees
  • Delays caused by international processing

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.


7. Late Auction Payments

Auction platforms may charge late fees or storage fees. These are the buyer’s sole responsibility.

AVAS BID is not liable for auction penalties.


8. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit / Debit Card
  • Wire Transfer
  • Zelle (if enabled)

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party systems.


⚠️ IMPORTANT

The $300 AVAS BID service fee is non-refundable once sourcing or bidding activity has begun.

AVAS BID reserves the right to decline any request prior to invoice issuance.


U.S. buyers only.
Zelle payments must be sent from an account matching the client’s legal name submitted in the vehicle request form.

Why?
Prevents fraud disputes.


WIRE TRANSFER

Wire transfers must include the client’s full legal name and invoice reference number.


🌎 U.S. vs International Clarification

U.S. Clients

Payment may be made via Zelle or domestic wire transfer.

International Clients

Payment must be made via international wire transfer in U.S. Dollars.
Client is responsible for all intermediary banking fees.

That protects you from short payments.


PAYMENT RISK HARDENING (Zelle / Wire)

Payment Disputes

Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals for services rendered. Any payment disputes must be addressed directly with AVAS BID through written notice.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal recovery actions.
